Royal mail emailed myself to say that i had to pay a delivery fee of £2.99 to recieve my item!! thought i had paid for delivery,has left a bad taste in my mouth

Ordered an item which they didn’t end…
Ordered an item which they didn’t end up having so they emailed me a similar clothing item which is accepted.
They finally then realised they had the original item and refunded me delivery for the mishap, I ended up loving the other clothing item they sent that i ordered that, and they made sure to put that along with my original order and refunded me that delivery too! Really good customer service and very responsive!

Poor communication/ slow to action
Product was lost by royal mail. It has been over month since the product was sent. There has been little communication from EQVVS in regards to an update of their correspondence with royal mail and the tracking of this item. The issue that i have with EQVVS is the poor communication with royal mail and myself regrading my lost item. Over a month down the line and I have not received the item and have not had a refund from royal mail due to slow action from EQVVS.

Zero customer service response
Product was delivered quick but has damage that I reported twice with a question and never got an answer. I did manage to get daily marketing from them though? Brutal customer service.

Go a long why to find a better supplier of quality cloths …
Always top quality item which other cloths site haven't got , good value and outstanding delivery service , and we all know buying nice cloths make you happy especially with the stuff at EQVVS

Shame the advertised online chat doesn't exist but the really quick response to emails meant this wasn't a problem at all. Everyone who emailed was brilliant and my questions around returns and exchanges were answered quickly. Really happy with the customer service received and the items I purchased.

This is a professional company par excellence.Their BOSS Paul Curved polo shirts are at the most competitive prices with two series of discounts initial 30% then another 15% for the highest quality products
I initially ordered one with shipping costs and then another two with still shipping costs which I had inadvertently missed when doing first order.It was unfortunate over weekend I was unable to combine both orders and then not pay two lots of shipping costs
They were very apologetic that they were not able to do this before first order went out
They had already refunded me these costs midday on Monday
This company obviously puts customers first and has a strategic philosophy to maintain regular customers by not be inflexible when in fact the intitial error was on my part

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service - long story short - my autofill address input incorrectly and I only realised after pressing 'place order'. My desperate email was answered very quickly and Kelly went to great lengths to correct my mistake and get my order out correctly routed & quickly - That's how to recruit loyalty from customers - great customer care !

Great store, excellent customer service
Purchased a jacket online and it was delivered within 2 days. During the meantime any questions I had were answered immediately by customer service. Unfortunately the jacket is too big for me and I'm now having to return the purchase for a refund. Hopefully the refund is as prompt as their excellent customer service. I'm certainly going to purchase from this store in the future

Amazing customer service
I had some earrings delivered and one of the earrings was broken so i contacted customer services by email and straight away they got back to me and apologised. They offered either another set of similar earrings as the ones i had ordered had sold out or the option of a gift card. I chose the earrings and they were sent immediately with full tracking and arrived the next day. Absolutely amazing customer service, friendly, helpful and no messing at all. Couldnt fault them one bit!

The quality of the Jacket was really nice, unfortunately the zip wouldn't fasten so it had to be sent back. Not had any communication from EQVVS as yet to say they have received it back or when refund will be given. The return process is very easy
